Doctrinal Issues

Introduction

There are a number of doctrinal issues that both new and older believers have to deal with in their Christian walk. Many of these issues have come from bad teaching, or just plain false teaching. God gives us warning in His Holy Word the Bible to be careful and watch out for false prophets or false teachers. In Matthew 7:15, we read,                            Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. Matthew 7:15. In 2 Peter 2:1-2, we read,                                                        But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. 2 Peter 2:1-2.

These are only two quotations, but as I am sure you can imagine that there are a great many more passages of Scripture that give very serious warnings about false prophets and false teachers and the great damage that they do to God's people by leading them astray, and causing them to disobey God's Word. Remember that even the smallest sin is enough to keep you out of Heaven. Below is a list of doctrinal issues which you most likely will have to deal with. I hope you will find this information helpful.
